TO BE FAIR TO OTHERS ON THE WAITING LIST, PATIENTS THAT ORDER ON THE ORDER SITE PRIOR TO THE ABOVE STEPS WILL HAVE THEIR ORDER CANCELLED AND VOIDED. YOU WILL ALSO BE REMOVED FROM THE WAITING LIST AND WILL FORFEIT YOUR ABILITY TO JOIN THE PROGRAM . THANKS FOR HELPING MAKE THIS BE A FAIR PROCESS FOR EVERYONE.
**Clients that would like to order Nutrafol, certain Strive Peptides, and Researched Nutritional products do NOT need to follow the above steps and may simply order.**
NEW PATIENT STEPS:
1) If you have not already done so, use the link on the first page to request an invitation to my practice on Push Health. You MUST use that link to connect and be placed on our waiting list.
2) Check your email for the invitation. This can take awhile, depending on how many patients are requesting to join. Currently, there is a 2-3 week wait. You will not receive an email until it is your turn.
3) Accept the invitation, when you receive it, and you will now be a part of my Push practice.
4) Please choose a LOCAL pharmacy when prompted. This will be the pharmacy that will be used for any medications NOT shipped to you from one of our compounding pharmacies.
5) Please completely fill out your profile section including medical history and any current medications and medication allergies. Take a picture of your ID and upload it. You can also take a picture of it and attach it using the paperclip icon in the messages section.
6) In the messages section, please send us a message with some information about yourself
We will send you the New Patient Information Packet. Be sure and read this, as it contains a lot of valuable info and answers a lot of the commonly-asked questions. You will also be sent a link to fill out your Intake Questionnaire and Consent form.
7) Please review ALL medication details to help us decide which medication may be right for you. Your handout we send will explain in detail the different options and pricing. Please may close attention to BMI requirements. We will discuss your choice and make recommendations for you.
8) Use the REQUEST PRESCRIPTION button to request a new patient E-visit. Please indicate which medication(s) you may be interested in.
Again, select your LOCAL pharmacy in this step. If ordering a medication on the ORDER SITE, your order will be placed separately from Push, depending on which medication you choose. My three preferred pharmacies each have their own systems that you must be added to, and the orders are placed directly into their system.
9) Our staff will review your chart and make sure all of your information and your ID is loaded. We will discuss any questions you may have about the medications. If approved (very few people are not approved), we will send in nausea medication to your local pharmacy that you selected (nausea is the most common side effect).
You will be charged a $99.99 NEW PATIENT FEE . More details can be found in your New Patient Info Pack.
10) Please go to each medication page on this site to review info. Please read all info on that page regarding turn-around times and medication information. You may request up to a 12-week supply at a time of each medication within a certain timeframe.
As we continue to add more medications to the practice, the ORDER SITE will have the most up-to-date information as far as products we offer and information about them. You will see common medications on this website, but many will only be listed there.
If you do not want the nausea medication, simply let us know. However, I STRONGLY suggest that you do so you will have it on hand.
**In the RARE case that you are NOT approved, the order will be cancelled and your account will NOT be charged. The temporary $99.99 charge will disappear off your credit/debit card in a few days.**
ESTABLISHED PATIENTS:
You may simply place an order on the ORDER SITE if you have already ordered a medication previously. If you are switching from brand-named Mounjaro or Wegovy, you are considered an "established patient" and DO NOT have to pay another onboarding fee.
